A new approach to sustainable road markings with quick cure, high visibility, durable MMA paint
The RoadLiner 570 system provides a revolutionary cold-applied MMA paint technology that not only enhances road marking visibility and durability but also completely eliminates the need for hot works, reducing all associated safety risks.
This innovative system achieves a consistent minimum of 200 mcd dry retroreflectivity, significantly improving nighttime visibility compared to the typical 100 mcd found in standard UK road markings.
In high-performance applications, the RoadLiner 570 paint can reach over 400 mcd, resulting in a remarkable increase in visibility of between 100% and 400%.
In addition to its superior visibility, the RoadLiner 570 sets MMA road markings within just 2 minutes at 20 degrees.
Historically, cold-applied systems have relied on hand tools and small machinery, but this advanced machine features a scaled-up buggy system.
Equipped with a full safety package, it ensures maximum protection for the operator while efficiently delivering high-performance road markings.

The Paint Systems
The 200 System is suitable for all standard line marking applications, achieving over 200mcd retro-reflectivity after 4 million wheel passes. This system uses the Echostar 25 beads for a guaranteed performance Type II marking.
The 300 System offers a high-performance line marking for highways and trunk road applications, achieving over 500mcd initial retro-reflectivity and over 300mcd retro-reflectivity after 4 million wheel passes which is double the UK standard. This system uses the Starlite 900 beads for a guaranteed performance Type II marking.
The 700 System is a premium performance line marking solution for the highest performance markings on the strategic network, hitting initial retro-reflectivity in excess of 1000mcd and retaining over 700mcd retro-reflectivity after 2 million wheel passes. This system uses the Echostar HP 850 beads manufactured to the highest quality with virgin glass and a 1.65 refractive index, delivering a guaranteed performance Type II marking.
