Graco GrindLazer Drum Cutters
This product is the drum with cutters only, which is then attached to the Graco GrindLazer DC87 G. The drum comes with 4 cutter options either the Carbide Flail, Carbide Miller, Wire Brush or the Steel Beam.
The Carbide Flail is excellent for removing paint and MMA markings, the ‘tapping’ action of the flail causes these hard compounds to shatter and break off from the surface, leaving it ready to apply a fresh marking, or as a finished surface. The carbide points of the flail ensure a long cutter lifetime and very efficient removal.
The Carbide Miller ‘cuts’ into surface markings, tearing it away from the surface. This cutter is best used for softer compounds such as thermoplastic and can also be used for tape and MMA removal. Each cutter has carbide cutting edges which are very durable to ensure effortless removals.
The Wire Brush cutter is the ideal choice for removing any dirt, grime or laitance from a surface in preparation for product application. The wire brush effectively prepares a surface with minimal surface damage.
The Steel Beam is the cutter of choice if surface finish is a concern, on surfaces such as power floated concrete and other internal situations. This cutter effectively removes paint and dirt/laitance whilst leaving minimal scarring on the surface.
