This product is the drum with cutters only, which is then attached to the Graco GrindLazer HP DC1013 G. The drum comes with 3 cutter options either the 8pt Flail, 6pt Miller or PCD Flat Cutter.

The Carbide Flail is excellent for removing paint and MMA markings, the ‘tapping’ action of the flail causes these hard compounds to shatter and break off from the surface, leaving it ready to apply a fresh marking, or as a finished surface. The carbide points of the flail ensure a long cutter lifetime and very efficient removal.

The Carbide Miller ‘cuts’ into surface markings, tearing it away from the surface. This cutter is best used for softer compounds such as thermoplastic and can also be used for tape and MMA removal. Each cutter has carbide cutting edges which are very durable to ensure effortless removals.

The PCD Flat cutter is the premium cutter for removing tape, thermoplastic and MMA markings. This cutter is very high quality, with almost noiseless operation and very low vibration, greatly reducing operator fatigue. The PCD Flat performs best on softer substrates such as asphalt and will quickly and effectively remove markings, leaving a flat, grooveless profile.
