Tack Coat Primer

Black tack coat rimer (BTC) is a homogenous solution of bitumen in hydrocarbon solvents. Used as a quick-drying primer for use before the installation of road studs and as a tack coat for thermoplastic road marking materials on substrates such as concrete. It is also suitable for use as a primer in conjunction with bituminous joint and crack sealants.
