VIALINE

DUBLIN

Meon decided to introduce ViaLine; a toluene-free paint with EcoPack liners, to Dublin Airport after realising how much they were spending on the disposal of empty tins.

Need:

Dublin Airport had been spending up to €60K a year on scrapping empty paint tins due to the left over dried paint making them unfit for scrap. The need was for a pain that was just as effective as previously used, but that gave the benefit of a more eco-friendly disposal system.

Solution:

Meon decided to introduce ViaLine; a toluene-free paint with EcoPack liners, meaning the tins can be disposed of for no extra cost. This is due to an inner lining on the tin, which can be lifted out after use leaving a clean and empty tin to dispose of.

Summary:

Dublin Airport now use ViaLine for all Line Marking jobs within the airport, and EcoPack has saved them thousands through disposal. This also helped them achieve their ambition of becoming more eco-friendly and efficient.
