What are your standard shipping terms?

Next working day for mainland UK. Up to 3 days for highland & islands

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, price depends on product and address. Please call and we will confirm at point of order

Do you deliver on weekends?

As a rule, no - However you can request Saturday delivery for an extra charge, canโ€™t always do hazardous Saturday deliveries so have to check.

Who do you use for deliveries?

How long do I have to wait for back orders?

Depends on availability at suppliers. We commit to a weekly progress update if longer than 5 working days.

I have an order that has a non-stock item on it, can I get the items in stock sent up ahead?

Yes, ask at point of order or reply back to Order Acknowledgement

Who do I contact if my delivery hasnโ€™t arrived when promised?

Can my delivery be left if Iโ€™m not in?

Yes this can be arranged with APC and Palletways. However Hazchem do not offer this service due to insurance

Does my delivery have real-time tracking?

Yes APC and Palletways can. However Hazchem do not offer this service.

My delivery has arrived damaged, how do I arrange for a replacement?

Contact our customer services team onmail@meonuk.comor 023 9220 0606 and they will log a claim and send out replacements. Photos of damage are appreciated

How long will it take for my collection to be ready?

Approx. 30 mins for off-the-shelf items. Manufactured items (stencils/paint/resin) โ€“ check for approx. time at point of order

Can I pay upon collection of goods from Meon?

No, we require payment before collection

Where do I go to collect my order?

Unit 1, Portsmouth. Head for the the door marked collection point

What are the opening times for collections?

Our collections department is open from 07.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday.

Do you have a trade counter?

No, itโ€™s collection point only

What is your returns policy?

Section 8 of t&cs โ€“https://meonuk.com/pages/terms-conditions. Return only of stock items. Subject to 20% restock and carriage charge

How do I return a product if I no longer need it?

Contact us for return authorisation. We can arrange carriage or bring back yourselves

My product is faulty, who do I contact to get this sorted?

Contact our customer services team on mail@meonuk.comor 023 9220 0606. Photos/videos of damage are needed as supporting evidence
