How to Align Graco LineLazer Front Wheel

Find out how to realign the front wheel of Graco LineLazer. To check the alignment of the steering wheel prior to starting, choose a smooth flat level surface and push machine forwards and let go. If alignment is correct the machine will track in a straight line.  Veering slightly to left or right indicates alignment is not correct, and needs more adjustment. Then follow the below steps to correct alignment issues. 



1. Find The Alignment Markers

To realign the steering, the two alignment points need to match up

2. Untighten the locking nut

Untighten the locking nut with with 19mm spanner

3. Adjust the grub screws

Adjust the grub screws until the centre alignment marker is aligned.

4.Tighten the locking nut

Tighten the locking nut with the spanner.

5. Finally, Tighten The Two Grub Screws

Finally, tighten the two grub screws with screwdriver. To check you have corrected the alignment of the steering wheel correctly choose a smooth flat level surface and push machine forwards and let go. If alignment is correct the machine will track in a straight line.  Veering slightly to left or right indicates alignment is not correct, and needs more adjustment.

REMEMBER!

Ensure the line marking machine is securely held in place when working on the machine.
